A New Innovation That Defined 2025
Smart pH:
This year, we continued to advance the way you, our loyal customers, care for your water. We introduced our Smart pH water care system that works in combination with Spa Boy®, to provide an upgraded system that makes water management easier than ever before. No longer do you need to manually adjust your spa’s pH levels; our unique system automatically doses your spa when the pH needs adjusting. No test strips, no guesswork. Just clean, clear water, every time. This new innovation delivers even more accuracy, efficiency, and ease, helping Arctic Spa owners spend less time managing their spa and more time enjoying it.

Cub (Custom Series):
One of 2025’s most-popular models according to our 3D builder, the Cub won over customers with its cozy capacity of five and provides effortless relaxation that is ideal for couples or families.
Timberwolf (Classic Series):
Built for comfort and maximum relaxation without taking up much space, this three-person spa blends high-quality engineering with soothing hydrotherapy and was a customer favourite according to our 3D builder this year.
Spa Boy®:
Spa Boy® remained one of our most-loved features this year. With automated water care and real-time monitoring, owners enjoyed simpler maintenance and consistently balanced water with less effort.
SDS Seat:
Designed for targeted hydrotherapy, the SDS Seat is Arctic Spas’ cutting-edge jet technology found in select Custom Series spas that combats muscle pain and fatigue while drastically improving the hot tub experience. It delivered powerful, full-body hydrotherapy to our customers throughout 2025 and became their go-to spot for recovery, relaxation, and everyday relief.
OnSpa®:
Loved by our customers in 2025, OnSpa® is available only on our Custom Series spas and provides smart, intuitive control right at your fingertips.
Total Access™:
A standout feature in 2025, Total Access™ makes it easier than ever to get into the areas technicians need without removing full panels or disturbing your setup. With Total Access™, our customers enjoyed unparalleled freeze protection, ease of maintenance, and simple entry to their hot tub this year.
